NAME OF WORK
Design, drawing and construction of 1500 Cum capacity and 20 M. ht. RCC Elevated Overhead Reservoir for supplying of water to distribution system (Zone-I) along with making specials arrangements for pressure controlling system including separate provisions for (a) filter bed back wash and supplying water to chemical solution and (b) supplying water to distribution system for Zone-I with full pipe connection including supplying of all materials for these purposes for piped water supply scheme for Beniagram & its adjoin mouzas, Block-Farakka under Berhampore Division-I, PHE Dte.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope includes :
- Supply and sinking of deep tube well including trial boring upto the depth adequate to suffice the degign demand.
- Design.supply and construction of RCC eleved reservoir with necessary and allied pipe connections including valve chamber,lightening arrestor etc.
- Supply and construction of boundary wall, surface drain, land development,internal roadspathway and allied civil works.
- Design, supply and installation of pumps and motors of required head and discharge capacity along with all types of Electro mechanical works with all related and allied infrastructure.
- Supply and installation of control panel with PLC actator operator valve.
- Supply and installation of voltage stabilizer. Earthling of whole installtion including OHR as per IEE & IS rules.
- Supply of hoisting arrangement with steel tubeler pole support.
- Supply and laying of distribution system from OHR to the level of end user with necessary stand post and assistance towards house connection in all respects as per departmental drawing.
- supply and laying of rising main from all tube wells to OHR.
- All pipe connection between tube wells, and pumps and from pumps to OHR
- Construction of access and approach road including culvert, where required.
- Supply and installtion of pipe crrying structure ove water gorges and road crossing by no dig construction less techonogy.
- Design, supplyand construction of switch room cum chlorine room, office cum godown.
- Supply and installation of all internal and external illumination with necessary electrical gadgets.
- supply and installation of level indicator gauge type at OHR and water flow meter at outlet of each pump, before inlet to OHR and oulet from OHR.
- Supply and installation of Electro Chlorinator or Gasious Chlorinator etc.
- Commissioning ( 72 Hrs) trial run and Testing the plant for a minimum period of three months , Operation & Maintenance for a period of 5 years.
